National Personal Trainer Awareness Day is observed on 2nd February
annually.
Where it all started?
Starting 20’s, two
fitness professionals felt the need for these types of day. They were Jim
Labadie and Joey Atlas. They saw people having a new year’s resolution as to be fit. These
resolutions of losing some weights and gaining some muscle and power and these
focus among the people made the personal trainers very busy or one of the
busiest people in the world. So they decided that it was time to say thank you
and pay respect to them who has been working for others to make them fit and
healthy.

As we all know there is something we call ‘new year’s resolution’. So to stay fit and to be in shape they take this as new year’s resolution. This is one of the most common new year’s resolutions taken by different groups of people to date. This makes the sole aim of the day is to hire a personal trainer to be fit. As the line suggests, this day is to create awareness among the people of the world to be fit and practice healthy living habits in day to day life. National personal trainer awareness day was drafted to create an awareness among the group of people that professionals are available to help their dreams and new year’s resolution promises come true and to make them a reality. As we all know that personal trainer or trainer plays a very important part in one’s fitness because they exactly know what are the different supplements and make them exercise accordingly. This makes the percentage of fatigue very low. They help them throughout the journey to achieve one’s goal and ambition.

Many of them hire a new trainer and post their picture with them or they just post a photo with their existing personal trainer. They use “#nationalpersonaltrainerawarenessday”.
While social media is seen flooding with these #tags throughout the day.
They also post time they have spent with their trainer i.e. 1 year or 2 years
and use these to create awareness among people and in doing they also show how
focussed and serious they were about their promises they made to themselves.
Why should we encourage this day?
We should encourage this day because we all know how important is to be
fit in today’s world,
where u don’t find
anything to be pure. Everything is polluted and we need to adapt to nature, so
we should keep ourselves free from junk. We should try to help others to get
fit and spread the word on how important is to be fit in this polluted era. And
being a personal trainer you should try to focus on natural supplements than
artificial ones. This will create more reliability and trust among the people
that it's a good thing and this thing doesn’t harm their health.

priority. Many public figures around the globe are working on these things.
They are very keen on this idea to create awareness about being healthy and
fit. They also are telling people the importance and their results of being
fit. The Prime Minister of India, Mr.
Narendra Modi, also has launched fit India movement and this was taken very
seriously throughout the country and also this movement was launched on
National Sports Day and this nation-wide movement was supported by every
sportsman of the country. Different countries are also working on these and
they are also trying to create such motivation among the people of their
country.
